BOURBON VANILLA - GRADE B

Bourbon Vanilla Grade B is a special type of vanilla extracted from the pods of the Vanilla planifolia orchid, primarily in Madagascar and the surrounding islands. This grade is often referred to as "cooking vanilla." Grade B means that the vanilla beans are less visually perfect than Grade A beans—they may be cracked, drier, or shorter. However, this does not affect their flavor! In fact, many chefs and pastry chefs prefer this grade for its intense, robust vanilla aroma.

Packing
